As per recycling company future is good.

Dislikes

Company work pattern is good but as per my working experience in attero Recycling Pvt Ltd employee work satisfaction and career growth is very bad because I have done 3+ years in this organization but in this period company not provide any increment for anyone employees. I have lost 3 years in my professional career for in this organization.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
