Apart from other prestigious construction companies, this company works the other way. All suggestions are welcome, freedom to work and experimentation. This company values their staffs and opinions. No drama for creating tensed work environment. If you love your job and fully dedicated to your field, this company provides you the platform to grow exponentially.

Dislikes

No company in this world is deprived of shoe licking persons. Here also there are some, generally at AM and APM levels, that hamper one's dedication and morale. But much of the seniors are supportive and courteous.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Nice company to work for with good seniors and good work environment. Reimbursement takes a lot of time due to lengthy process but it gets processed. Finance team needs improvement as they work like aliens in the organisation. Site team is good and execution quality is very good.

Dislikes

Finance and accounts team is too big but slow. HR team takes a lot of time to process requests but decision happens after 2 follow ups.
