Fraud hai homekraft k name pe ATS k project pe join karwate hai jo bohot time se uljhe pade hai. 1st ko salary ka btate hai at the time of joining bad main kuch nhi pta. Ek chu*** hr keh raha monthly to aa rahi hai na. Lekin wo bhi nhi aa rahi thi.

Nice company to work for with good seniors and good work environment. Reimbursement takes a lot of time due to lengthy process but it gets processed. Finance team needs improvement as they work like aliens in the organisation. Site team is good and execution quality is very good.

Finance and accounts team is too big but slow. HR team takes a lot of time to process requests but decision happens after 2 follow ups.

Upper higher management have not knowledge related to construction activities and not having any decision to do get any issue,not having any manner to do talk to his staff about to any topic,they are only come on office,and do visit some little time at site, they are sit in his Ac room office whole day.
