Working AtoZ has been disillusioning experience, primarily due do the senior old attitude and the lack of value given to new employee. It feels like the old staff members consider themselves superior and fail to recognize the potential and value that new employee bring to the table. Moreover, there seems like to be a lack of any describable work culture. There are no clear guidelines or principles that define how things are done at Atoz. This Lack of structure and demotivating for new employees who are trying to find their place within the organization. one of the most concerning aspects of working Atoz is the complete disregard for the well being of new staff. there is no effort made to check in with new employees to see if they are facing any challenges or difficulties.
