Company is good for freshers..has lot of things to learn..But if you are looking for a long term..Then there is issue..There is lot of salary gap in junior and senior..Increments not at all good..After working for 4 years employees get 1200-1500 rs increment..Balance for learning or for taking exerpience company is very good..Work life balance is best..
