Company Culture and job security was good but after Syntel merger. Company is in very bad management.

Dislikes

Work Pressure very high with Indian clients. If you got Europeans client then it is very good. Growth and compensation is very poor.

I have deployed on client site when I joined but we are following Atos ethics, culture and policies. I feel very happy to work with Atos. Work environment is very good and comfortable, less politics, good rating, online learning and social activities plan frequently. The most unsatisfied part is HR support, very poor and slow response. High job security and good on site opportunity.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
