Full job security. Flexible work hours. Full work life balance.

Huge bench system. Very few development projects. HR and management is worst at atos who Gives fake promises of technical profiles and forces employee to accept non technical profiles. Suggestion to management, if you don't have project requirements please don't hire employees those might be experienced as well as freshers

Hectic, repeatative and pathetic support. No working challenges.

Everything depends on project which we are part of. Management is not much good. There is Job security and also good employee security, salary increment is very less. If you are at manager level then only you'll get much benefits else not.

Dislikes

Performance appraisal process is not good ,one cannot disagree the given ratings., not much growth here(depends on project), Managers are given more powers and even though they are wrong no one can escalate.

Work Details

For other shifts one-way(either early morning or late night) free transport is provided. for general shift there is paid transport.

Not at all good for freshers and experienced one's also, atos have very huge culture of bench system. At least 6 month to 1 year they keep employees on bench. No chance of internal project switching. Management is the worst at atos. No appraisal after working hard. If one have other offer in hand give preference to that offer. Atos India is very good company for freshers and experienced as well. Nice place to work. Good learning experience and job security is there.

Dislikes

Less onsite opportunities for juniors. Company should provide onsite opportunities based on peroson skills not based on application availability. Normalization should be there for education qualification.
