There is nothing to like in this organization. This organization is not for freshers. They don't even care about freshers.

Last year joined Atos as a fresher and still I think i am fresher. Still I don't have role, working as trainee. At the time of hiring they said they will assign the domain as per their interest. After onboarding , I was setting for 3 months doing nothing. and after that they assign the domain in which i am not interested. Most important things they only talk about training will provided. There is nothing like that, they don't provide training. They will ask you to watch the video from their learning portal and after watching they will ask you question in details. Their learning portal videos only cover the basic things. As fresher I have zero knowledge about the domain. They think like 3-4 days of watching video give us in-depth knowledge....Read More

Has a very good work life balance

Dislikes

No decent hike or promotions in the past 3 years, even though its promised by the management. They have cut many employee benefits including shift allowance for UK and US shits. They save costs by not giving transportation facility to the employees. Not a good company if your goal is to excel in any role and get promotions and better packages.

Work life balance, 5 day month work from office. Management is very best. You will never be questioned about the breaks, they only want ther work to be done within given SLA. Always encourage to learn and grow. Awards and recognition awards are given to keep employees encouraged. If your manager is Sajid Karke then you will always have a very comfortable environment.

One of the best company but after dividing into Eviden and Atos there are lot of changes in pay scale and appraisal format. 2024 is a bad year for atos lot of project moved from atos to tcs and wipro

They follow the HR policies religiously .. give ample time to resources to search for project when moved to Bench. Very good focus on learning & updkilling.

None of the leaders including their top mgmt have foresight, vision for the company and the resultant is that the company is in $5Bn debt today. Lot of regional politics.

No Appraisals , annual hike only 3%. Totally Manager's dominated approach for employee on their benefits & appraisals, with higher level of cost cutting at each facility. Nothing as per HR Policy, all rules amended as per Manager & HR. Not good for long term service as low hikes & no future.

Nothing. Worst internal politics in a worst MNC company. Don't trust the company by name.

If you want to join the company. Think about your career growth. There is no career growth or career development opportunities available. If your project contracts ends. They won't allow you to move into another projects internally. Instead they forced them to resign from the job without serving notice period. Toxic internal politics will affect the newly joined freshers. Managers and HR s targeted only the freshers and put low rating and play the freshers mental health.
