Atos is a good company. I learn lot of things here. Teammates are good and supportive. Work culture also very good.

Dislikes

work life balance is just a word here means our Team Leader and manager doesn't care about it. Lot of times my team complaint but no action yet. Evey week they will provide different shifts like , Mon& Tue Week off. Wed & Thu >> Morning Fri , Sat & Sun >> Night They will not provide continuous shift because of that no sleep at night and whole day will be wasted with no sleep.

I beleive job security but i think not sure , as what we are seeing in IT company now a days

1. Work culture don't like , no value for your ideas. 2. In probation period also you have to serve 3 months notice period. 3. If you want to buy out notice period, they will calculate on your gross salary instead of basics so it will be more to candidates to pay. 4. Policy are looks like only for company benefit only. 5. Compare to other MNC company, not give CTC with respect to experience.

As a fresher, I joined Atos it gave me the early professional experience towards IT culture. So to start your career I would suggest this company and the major part here would be the skillset course provided by the Learning department really helpful to get your project. As a service based company, you can start your career here!!!

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
