Typical IT company with huge internal politics which will save some braindead higher position people but kick out loads and loads of young employees even without settling down into a project! A decent company with slow and steady progress.
Dislikes
Compensation is decent. But growth factor is slow. I felt like stagnant at some point which intensely made me to leave the company. not a better place for entry level position, but definitely the company is making money. can be better if focused on employee welfare rather than profits. In other terms, a pure profit driven company.
