This is one of the reputed educational institutions in the country. AEES is an autonomous body under Department of Atomic Energy. Fully aided organisation. CBSE result is always 100% in class-X exam. There is 100% job security ,good career growth. Salary according to VII pay commission . Governed by Central Govt. CCS (Conduct rules). I worked 31 years in AEES without any trouble. Nothing to dislike.

I worked in two capacities in AEES - 1. as a teacher for 15 years (Post Graduate Teacher in Economics) teaching the students of class -XII CBSE board.Worked as an administrator- Vice-Principal and Principal for 16 and half years.

It's a good place to teach children coming from different backgrounds. The salary and medical benefits are excellent. Teachers are cooperative and help you to grow.

Dislikes

It's situated away from the city.We have to be on the campus. So commuting to the city on a daily basis makes work-home balance difficult to achieve.

Work Details

I was initially a primary teacher taking EVS and English. Later as a high school teacher I taught English and social science. I worked in four different centres in South India.
