System of working is good. The environment is open for learning.

Compensation is decent and timely but growth is slow. Geographical location of the work station is terrible without a proper medical facility and roadways communication. Expatriates and workers are not being utilized based on their skills and ability. Work place located inside an island which is very remote from the locality. Work Details

To be honest my work is slightly challenging as the location of work is very remote from the locality. I am gathering a good experience here through dealing with my survival challenges. It is a great experience in my life ever.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
