- In short , donot join the company since it has very bad culture. - hire and fire policy even though people have worked extremely hard and delivered results. - this company treats everyone as contractors, and ask them to leave once you deliver. - never ever do a mistake to join this low grade ship. - lot of colleagues have sufferedand suffering since 2 years, and most of them left. - For no reason they ask people to leave, and showcase they are low performeres or put them in PIP....Read More

Actually none. - If you are not willing to bring your A game and care more about titles, I don't think you would have a good time. Being part of a high growth startup comes with taking high ownership, driving movement of areas not just part of your competency but also others where you are willing to have the child like curiosity.

As a relatively small startup of around 250 employees with ambitious goals, we have a tremendous amount of work ahead to grow and scale. It takes motivated, hardworking people who truly believe in the company's mission to push through the challenges and commit to Atlan for the long haul. Finding and retaining those types of driven, aligned, people can be difficult. Of course we offer excellent pay and benefits to compensate, but some prefer a different work environment, which is not always evident during the hiring. Work from home Experience to work in multi cloud ( AWS, Azure, GCP )

Dislikes

Unrealistic roadmaps Target would be like setting environment in Azure within 1 month when existing AWS was set in 1 year. For GCP, timeline even less which is not realistic Sales team over promising time for features on new cloud with a date they see fit and we are to work 7 days in a row for multiple weeks to achieve that Too many managers for project calls with only few members for execution

I get to work with highly skilled folks working on real problems and creating solutions using the most advanced tech. Be it from the platform side, or excellence teams, everyone is using the latest tech. The work culture and ethics are really good. Zero politics and its all about work. Atlan has started to embrace hybrid culture as well with regular meetups in Delhi and Bangalore.
