Nothing much Expect the vehicle quality

Dislikes

Engineers are not valued and are terminated whenever not required without proper notice . Employees with purchased certificates are on roll and in a good designation especially at Ather energy proto lab (ORD). Appraisals and promotions at Lab are completely under the influence of one single person at lab . Recruitment doesnt happen based on skill educational qualification and experience etc .

What I disliked about the company was the favoritism in assignment allocation, where interesting projects often went to the right connections or who made the most noise (even if the noise does not make any sense). The supposed spirit of collaboration was absent, with many focusing on self-promotion rather than developing ideas. Performance reviews were flawed, heavily influenced by managerial opinions, regardless of their understanding of key architectural decisions, and there were no opportunities for skip-level manager meetings.
