I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

No scope of promotion. No growth. Some employees worked efficiently in the company from last 6yrs in same profile. Salary growth during promotion too poor. I worked there for 1.5yrs with no salary incriment. Higher authority gave false promise about salary incriment day by day.
