I would say, everything, go not get into this company thinking long term, as nothing they commit ever happens to the employee. Their work SOP do not exist, everyone works like everything, your manager will ask you to do certain thing and on the next day they would claim it wrong and deny that they have asked you to do it. You will be give a certain CTC but your in hand will be at least 5-6k less after deduction, they would say that the rest yoi will get as a bonus which you will never see. The health insurance does not exist but they would deduct the money from your salary... Please think before joining....Read More

Since it's a small environment we will have opportunity to interact with different technology people and come to know new terms .

Dislikes

When I worked ,there was nill work life balance. No area for skill development and no salary for market standards. QA was just a name sake and testing their newsletter was only goal.
