Job responsibilities need to be defined, as many times I face the situation where I need to look after and take the decisions of the workflows apart from mine and which is actually the responsibility of someone else. But I take it as a learning process. Also training and education culture is extremely poor as to keep your employeesupdated it is very much essential. on job trainings, employee welfare events and annual day function need to be arranged to maintain healthy environment at workplace. employees need to train to adopt cost saving thinking. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
