Too much work load. And unable to utilise weekly off. Leave balance remain as it is and will lapse at the end. During appraisal, manager will call and give 30-40℅ more work with promotion of 5-8, ℅ . And even that incement will be given after their observation of 5 months that u r able to do extra. In my mid year appraisal, there was oracle implementation and my managet told good.. good. And after implementation when everything was streamline then he called for appraisal and told u r not performing and I can hire at less cost. And forced me to leave. I requested, my daughter is studing and in mid of her academic year it's not easy for me to leave and move. But he just told u have to take decision. He, my reporting manager, HR people pressurised me to put the papers, so at the end I left with dishearted. I don't want to say but those people like mostly to malayali people and...... Their are some old staff from long time their are 1st preference always old staff management and organization doing like this old staff not doing anything simply they r taking high salaries cmi management should avoide Paratialty staff r working hard co rodinators &otgers......taking good name's by end of the month , they should recognize each and everyone every 1 are working good only 👏
