...f Break time,night shift also is there. HR policies and management is very poor.except monthly salary nothing u will get.nothing you will get on Time.i heard news from one of my friend, usually for may all companies appraisal will finish and give but,in Aster dm upto July going to end still they didn't get appraisal.too bad.

Salary is not the market standards. Work pressure is too much to handle. There is no work life balance at all. The coders are the ones suffering and no one is ready to listen to them.

This hospital was very good loved to work there fix off ot fixed festival offs friendly working environment every thing was amazing

The only thing i disliked was salary was too low to survive a city like banglore where i used to get 12k without food and accomodation and second thing i dislike was in my position company mostly focused on female employess as if 10 employees were female then 1 male associate girls were priviliged and given promotion

Salary credited on time, If manager is good then you will get a chance to learn new things.

There is no work life balance, 6 day week, even sometimes Sunday has to come and work. Work work and work always work,

...lso nobody recognising our work. We are the one taking appointment for patients. Salary also very less compare to other hospital. According experience pls provide salary.. Make sure manager and supervisor should not have any rights to decide salary. Works NG on hodays also not paying extra money pls consider my opinion and do the need full.. Its a gud flat form to express our opinion thanks to HR department giving me this gud opportunity...
