Worked there for almost 5 years for the same salary which i was offered on the first day. No growth And even incentive will be given for a month of acheived target and later even uh acheived target no incentive will be given.

... as uh keep working but yes if the managers on your favour you might get a hike. And plus no increment for the salary every year they will send you review mail and you will review urself but there wont be any hike

HR policies and management is very poor.except monthly salary nothing u will get.nothing you will get on Time.i heard news from one of my friend, usually for may all companies appraisal will finish and give but,in Aster dm upto July going to end still they didn't get appraisal.too bad.
