Their are some old staff from long time their are 1st preference always old staff management and organization doing like this old staff not doing anything simply they r taking high salaries cmi management should avoide Paratialty staff r working hard co rodinators &otgers......taking good name's by end of the month , they should recognize each and everyone every 1 are working good only 👏

We do the same things as we can't learn anything new from there , Increments are very poor in Calicut office. But they provide good office atmosphere . Most of us was working with rented laptops for two year which used shut down automatically , for two years .

They give less increments .They never entertain transferring staffs to UAE much . But they do give false promise when u join .

Regressive policies at AGC India like minimum 9.5 biometric hours among many others. They don’t provide food and transport facilities to employees.

I don't have anything good to share about this workplace. Companies are always good it's people who make the place bad/worst for other. It is most pathetic place I ever worked, I don't think there will be any other who can go at that bottom. HR forced to share location on weekend. They force you to work from office doesn't matter the past COVID conditions.

If you are trying to apply for the job at this place better you should be unemployed. -- HR will toucher you with your Manager. -- Put wrong allegations, investigate your personal life. -- They don't treat you on your professional performance. -- Leadership is biggest concern who run things from the top. -- No recognition mechanism to encourage team to motivate.
