Their are some old staff from long time their are 1st preference always old staff management and organization doing like this old staff not doing anything simply they r taking high salaries cmi management should avoide Paratialty staff r working hard co rodinators &otgers......taking good name's by end of the month , they should recognize each and everyone every 1 are working good only 👏

The management lacks efficiency in providing essential employee benefits and frequently dismisses employees under the pretext of team restructuring or the organization's underperformance. They show little regard for the effort and dedication employees have invested in the company. If they decide certain roles are no longer needed, they simply ask employees to resign.

I don't have anything good to share about this workplace. Companies are always good it's people who make the place bad/worst for other. It is most pathetic place I ever worked, I don't think there will be any other who can go at that bottom. HR forced to share location on weekend. They force you to work from office doesn't matter the past COVID conditions.

If you are trying to apply for the job at this place better you should be unemployed. -- HR will toucher you with your Manager. -- Put wrong allegations, investigate your personal life. -- They don't treat you on your professional performance. -- Leadership is biggest concern who run things from the top. -- No recognition mechanism to encourage team to motivate.
