First of all, I am not rating Aster DM Healthcare. Rather I am speaking of ASTER HEALTH ACADEMY and that has nothing to like. The director, the manager, the sales head, these all guys are so stringent, they will offer a guy 40 LPA sitting at 12 LPA just because he has been an reference by the C level people. I can point out 100 things. These guys make us sales people work 7 days a week, even on Sundays and we have literally worked. They have money to spend on a idiot being hired for a senior position, but cannot spend a 1000-2000 rupees for changing the floor mats. These guys pretend as if everything is okay. The management lacks efficiency in providing essential employee benefits and frequently dismisses employees under the pretext of team restructuring or the organization's underperformance. They show little regard for the effort and dedication employees have invested in the company. If they decide certain roles are no longer needed, they simply ask employees to resign.
