Team work is very bad. Main focus of Managers are expecting works whereas team co-ordination is very bad. Managers and HOD has to be monitor periodically and have to give suggestions and the same has to meet in the appraisal. But that is not all happening here. Whomever working in the same company has to consider for appraisal based on performance and experience but here there is no growth in the salary. My work is generally site based work. I am working in transportation field. So i have to visit various sites frequently. it gives a nice experience in learning. But due to frequent travel feeling like high pressure.

false promise by the hiring team, AC doesn't works no proper office & IT infrastructure no oven to heat food no pantry in office toilets are old and nonfunctional some time management is typical money minded travel budget is very low

One of the worst HR, travel policy. Even it felt like trap after working few month, the HR will not reveal any thing till joining. Later on u got to know that it's trap.poor management,worst policy,striktness look like a school. Mass resignation and mass hiring......a loop goes on......join this lala g ki dukan and fooled.....
