The only good thing was the salary but then they promise to increase the pay after finishing probation during recruitment but ultimately they don't do it.

Dislikes

Horrible work culture, Office politics, the people starting from the Manager to the CEO are simply sexist and horrible, huge employee turnover, you cannot share any problems/issues related to work with your Manager, he/she simply uses it on the concerned person to kick them out. Half educated and sexist people sitting at the managerial positions. Even the HR is horrible. People without any quality or merit simply pester people at higher positions and get promoted. Mental & psychological torture to the employees....Read More

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
