Co is old about 50+ years but not adopted latest technology. As I was junior from others so I tried to develop latest tech. in my work fronts, but I am happy that I bring some new tech. in my jobs

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
