Job was quite challenging and secured too. Work culture was qasi professional and homely, management was vibrant to uphold the work culture and meet the challenges of time ( technical & financial ) as well, the apex committee of the office is considered to be Board of Director appointed by Govt. Of Assam whose make the policy time to time as per requirement.

Dislikes

The decision making & execution of the same is considerably time consuming wjich is being addressed time to time for quick decision making.

It was fantastic and had scope for team work and execute individual ideas for the better performance.

Could use a better electricity backup, rest all satisfies.
