Niche Product firm with good market presence after acquisition of Noble Systems. Their WFM product is world class. Good work life balance, you are not bugged on a weekend unless there is an emergency or a planned go live. Awesome colleagues to work with both onshore and offshore. Nice Salaries.

Dislikes

Highly unstable, management lacks vision which changes every 6 months. HR is invisible, Random layoffs, you can be asked to leave in a day's notice. This applies both to sales and professional services teams, Still focused towards on prem products when everyone is going towards cloud.
