I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. During this pandemic management are provided the transport facility to those employees who are willing to come to the office and also they do not put pressure on other employees who are not coming to office.

Worst company, HOD of QC dept is so cheap and Manager of QC dept is so aggressive, they pressurize employees except their favourite female employee. No job security..they shifted you anytime and any department by their choices without taking employee decision.
