Stock dumping like anything on stockist so payment was pending alf and struggling for payment outstanding day by day and ZSM is asking resignation to everyone without any specific reason and job stability is big question mark for everyone and no appreciation expected from him for any good job done by group field force and so the working environment is so toxic

No quality system implementation. No one even cares to implement it. Outdated machines, untrained employees including HoDs, No market complaint, no deviation logged. They don't even think of including quality culture. The appraisal are very poor. Management is worst. No standard policy or system.
