As a fresher I have joined this organization but later on I got promoted here as an Executive in Regulatory Affairs. I have learned a lot here with my seniors and my team mates. The working culture is good and adaptable. Work life balance can be seen easily in Asmoh. Fun games and activities took place timely. Management supports their employees well. Spent a great time here as an employee.

Dislikes

9 Hours Shift becomes hectic so, it should be for 8 Hours.

Freshers can also became expert here under much experienced management's guidance. My seniors and the whole DRA Team is supporting me really well. The working culture suits me in all aspects. Workaholic person like me cannot get better then this environment as I have to do my working with all the responsibility. Good colleagues and love to do fun activities and celebrations occasionally.

I have completed 3 Years and 9 months in Asmoh laboratories limited and at any point of time I don't feel anything wrong here. Working atmosphere is very positive. Fun Festival And Birthday Celebrations are also done by the company. Rewards and Recognitions also done for employees motivation, Proper taking care of new joiners as well.
