Worst company culture, Worst behaviour of owner, no respact, Owner is laier, they offer something and later not agree on anything.

Dislikes

Very bad culture, they are like torturing employees. After went to overseas country they are not providing anything as written in contract. At the time of Yearly leave they denied or not talking for leave and not providing tickets. Also put blames as thief. All employees blamed and not got leave since 3 years and later no salary in time even no pay at leaving time. Idiot management.

In Asmoh, I got to learn different terms of my field as previously I didn't experienced the other working of Logistics. Good management, Ontime salary, Nice colleagues, Professional approach towards work, Training sessions, Recognitions & Rewards also given to employees.

I am working here since 2011 in the Logistics Department and learned a lot in this organization. As a fresher I joined here and currently performing the whole sole responsibility of a Manager. Supportive management, Colleagues and Team members. Working culture and atmosphere is good. Webinars and other activities are also done for employees motivation. I am happy with my working.
