Nothing to do with ASM.It is a Cosultancy and It Completely Depnds on Client.

Dislikes

No Salry Hike even after Completing Years.They will wait for a AnyReason to avoid the Hikes.Now the Reason is COVID.There is a Huge Gap between the Salary Offered by the Client to the Employee and The Salary that is given by the Consultancy the Employee.

There is nothing which I can like about ASM. Just hate it.

Dislikes

Everything in just short. Work is terrible. People are unsupportive (especially HRs). You can be told to leave job at the next moment, with some silly reasons, no job security. There is no option to give zero or minus stars, else would have rated that way.

Very very very ...... worst experience working with ASM technologies. Just a blame game. Very bad experience working over there.

The ASM is always good with their employees. There no problem with covid19 work is flexible, so I would recommend ASM to everyone.

training, there is only dislike that you won't be able to get any learning platform which asm will provide you they are hiring the expert but for an employee, growth needs to enhance the skill which needed training by the company.
