...ears.They will wait for a AnyReason to avoid the Hikes.Now the Reason is COVID.There is a Huge Gap between the Salary Offered by the Client to the Employee and The Salary that is given by the Consultancy the Employee.

Only one thing is you get salary on time except of this nothing else

1.no appraisal 2. no one understand employee side, you will fill that you are work like daily wages worker . 3.Notic period is 3 Months which is not good. there is no bye back policy its always depend on client 3.One you left the company they will do your full and final after 90 days 4.No growth personal as well as technical 5.during my 5 year working , company has changed its Name three time. 6.They don't have multiple clients Only one client.

Many, 1) there is no proper redressal of our concerns. 2) work culture is horrible. For sake of clients they ask us to do anything. Even after billing for entire year we get peanuts for our performance. 3) managers are worse, only focusing on output and not addressing any problems of the employees. 4) finance people are much worse in reimbursement. Even after calling and mailing so many times they won't reimburse our amount. No proper inclusion of deductions for form16 causing loss of income for employees under taxation,

Salary will be paid timely. SustainEngineer for a particular company till customer requirement. Handling only a particular machine as vendor is advantage.

Dislikes

Shift based job.job security is not there.knowledge development is less. Job is not permanent in particular area or location.No improved in career. No ontime recognize for the work.
