Role & responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Bluecoat Proxy SG appliances to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Configure and implement policies for web filtering, SSL interception, and content security.
• Manage and monitor proxy traffic, ensuring compliance with organizational security protocols and standards.
• Troubleshoot network and proxy issues, including performance degradation, traffic anomalies, and security breaches.
• Collaborate with network and security teams to integrate Bluecoat Proxy solutions with existing network architecture.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and apply necessary patches or updates to prevent security threats.
• Provide support for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to proxy services and network security.
• Document configurations, policies, and security practices for future reference and compliance audits.
• Stay updated on emerging security threats and Bluecoat Proxy features, providing recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
• Develop and deliver training to internal teams regarding Bluecoat Proxy configurations and best practices.

Work Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Work from office

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days only

Preferred: Experience in Bluecoat
