JD 1) Title Piping design Engineer - Plant 3D

Positions: 10

Job Location: Bangalore

Experience Level 4-8 years

Tools experience required: AutoCAD, Solid works , Plant 3D is Mandatory

Qualifications B.Tech, B.E /M.Tech, (preferred)

Mode of work: Work from office (Ready to work in shift)

Overall job requirements:

• Experience required: 4 to 8 years.
• Design layout in 3D models of equipment, piping, structures and instrumentation for the entire plant and or insider a skid.
• Engage in the mark-up of P&IDs Skills & Duties (upon which Performance can be measured)
• Thorough knowledge of Equipment layout Development, Piping layout design for all types of equipment such as Vessels, Exchangers, Tanks, Pumps, Compressors and Piping MTO
• Produce and ensure quality and consistency of common piping deliverables including; Isometrics, Piping GA's, Tie-In Details and Plot Plans.
• Familiar with the requirements of Oil & Gas drawings and specifications, including normal symbology and the requirement for consistency
• Responsible for quality and on time delivery of assigned jobs
• Support to achieve team goals.
• Must possess good communication skills and should be a good team player.
• Should possess strong fundamentals, good analytical ability, and engineering Basics.

JD 2) Title Skid Design Engineer - Solid Works

Positions: 8

Job Location: Bangalore

Experience Level 4 to 8 years

Tools experience required:

Qualification: BE/BTech/ MTech, M.E (preferred)

Mode of work: Work from office

Overall job requirements

Qualification and Responsibilities:

- Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in High speed crash simulations with a focus on

biomechanics.

- Masters or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering

- Mechanical Engineer with knowledge in Structural, Fabrication, Piping and welding.

- Experience working on O&G projects Structural & Piping.

- Good in Drawing reading and ability to understand P&I and GA drawings.

- Ability to create concept models and drawings in Solid works.

- Understand general material and manufacturing techniques.

- Ability to work in a team environment and clients.

-Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Knowledge in GD&T , Tolerance Stack-up.

- CAD tools: SOLIDWORKS

Hands on Experience Part/Assembly & Drawings Creation

Hands on Experience using Soil works Weldments & Piping
