Linux Administrator L2 with azure/aws

Please find the below Job Description for user perusal.

• Linux System Administration:
  
• Manage, configure, and maintain Linux servers (CentOS, Ubuntu, RHEL, etc.).
• Perform regular system monitoring, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.
• Implement and manage system updates, patches, and backups.
• Cloud Infrastructure Management (Azure & AWS):
• Deploy and maintain Linux-based VMs in AWS and Azure environments.
• Configure and manage cloud-based storage solutions (EBS, S3, Azure Blob Storage, etc.).
• Work with cloud orchestration tools like AWS CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager, and Terraform.
• Automate cloud-based processes using scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Networking and Security:
  
• Configure and manage network settings in Linux systems, including firewalls, VPNs, and network security groups in cloud environments.
• Implement and enforce security best practices for Linux systems (e.g., secure access, system hardening, intrusion detection).
• Work with AWS IAM and Azure Active Directory for identity and access management.
• Monitoring and Automation:
  
• Utilize monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor) to track system health and performance.
• Automate routine tasks and create scripts to improve operational efficiency (using Bash, Ansible, Puppet, etc.).
• Experience:
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Linux system administration.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud services.

Location: Chennai

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Shift Timings and Working Days: Rotational Shifts & (complete work from office)
