Piping Design Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. Preparation of Piping specifications; experience in 3D piping software preferable Plant 3D

2. Preparation of Mechanical tender, Painting tender & Insulation Tender.

3. Preparation of Equipment Layout of Pharma / Chemical/ Agro Plants.

4. Preparation of Pharmaceutical Clean room piping layout.

5. Preparation of typical Equipment & Piping Layout for tank farm (PESO).

6. Calculating of Utilities Pipe sizing and pipe rack designing for Utilities and process lines.

7. To follow project planning and schedule and ensure timely generation. To ensure Squad check of all drawings and document issued to clients.

8. To continuously upgrade oneself with latest standards, regulations and developments.

9. To give proper inputs to CAD personnel for drawing with delivery targets and to ensure proper and accurate checking of all documents.

10. To effectively handle vendor interactions and inter-discipline interactions.

Required Candidate profile

Consultancy background required. Experience of doing pharma and chemical projects.
