Compensation is decent, but growth slow. The work pressure is high. There's no proper tool to work. We have to work all the things manually.

I started as a executive in this company for SME (Small Medium Enterprises) loans department. I have to deal with back end processes held for SME loans. Preparing weekly, monthly PAR reports.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
