Increment in 1 year only 500 rupees Not prvide drinking water, canteen,12 hour compulsory job 15 days in night shift and 15 days in day shift, not provide tea , not provide timely salary and salary given in half payment cheque and half payment in cash, not provide leave like PL, CL, SL, only 4 weekly off in 1 month

There is a lot of politics and the management doesnot address our issues. And no management not work properly. Salary is very low as 8000 per month. On the job training is not given to new joinees. And not given PL,SL, CL and any government holiday.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
