1. Asian Paints Mysore plant Hierarchies are committing in those projects that practically not possible, and after committing instead of support our Hierarchies are putting pressure on executives. 2.Instead of increasing efficiency of the machinery our Hierarchies forcing team to do Sunday work/Sunday night shift start-up/first shift 2 hrs early start-up. like these types Executives are explaiting. 3.Taking more then 8 Hrs work, no any extra incentives for extra duty. 4.Due to lean manpower, our managers not providing leaves. If they provide only less than 10% employees can take leave in same day. Most probably employees can take leave less than 50% (compared with total earned leave). 5.Tamilnadu people making discrimination in the team and in the promotion without asking and verifying feedback from colleagues and performance, giving promotion to tamilnadu people/ to Tamil language known people. 6.In any meeting it will start in English/Hindi language but in between our Hierarchies and managers will start to speak in tamil language, even in the meeting in the meeting some Tamil language unknown people present, they will keep on speak in tamil. 7.Including myself and all those people not able to speak tamil language they are facing insecurity in the Mysore plant!!!!...Read More
