Unnecessary building pressure even in off season Work from home allowed only for Assistant manager and above. Not even Hybrid policy is implemented Expected to work on sick leave & festivals also. Many bosses don't support their team so inspite of working hard u won't get job satisfaction Performance appraisals and Mid review pattern need some structure.

Money at the end of the day is the only motivation to work but my company did not pay me since last three months due to a simple mistake that I missed to fetch my hotel bills on their portal as I was not aware of how to do it as I was new hence training and development in office is very poor
