Money at the end of the day is the only motivation to work but my company did not pay me since last three months due to a simple mistake that I missed to fetch my hotel bills on their portal as I was not aware of how to do it as I was new hence training and development in office is very poor

Poor decisions in posting without considering the strengths and weaknesses of the managers. Lack of proper go to market strategy in new verticals. Useless data analysis on excel which is 80% inaccurate. RMs resort more to yelling and threatening than actual planning and tactics. Abysmal coordination among other verticals with different objectives. Heavily relying on inorganic ways to achieve targets. Asian Paints and his 3PL Logistics is good but .CFA Warehouse Manager behaviour is very wrost. I had left this job due to bad behaviour of his CFA Warehouse Manager.
