The compensation at Area Manager and above is unmatched and much higher than industry standards along with a very robust training and induction program to ease you into the system.

There is no semblance of work life balance, Company has a concept of Peaking to increase revenue which means the team has to sit biweekly till 12 in the night to hit their targets which are very very aggressive. Terrible work culture, forgot your work life balance, just do peak and month end and spoil your life here, Horrible work culture and work pressure. Company is not thinking about employees life , Employee doing peak till 12 mid night, average peak day's in a month about 15-18 days where you need to be there 12 mid night.

The senior sells person officers can not understand the problem of ECAs or lower level employees, they Are giving you only targets and pressure. This pressure can destroy you life rules regulations are very tough and unnecessary rule they will say follow it..

No other company in market will provide this much extensive benefits in terms of insurance, cab facilities, stay facilities in all the cities and variables to employees in terms of incentives and daily travel benefits and support.

No work life balance. Company people will suck out all you energy and no efforts will be seem enough in the company. Everything is pressurised out of employees, process are streamlined but the expectations are always to go beyond the JD and satisfy the dealers or hierarchies. First of all company never value there employees. We work 16hours per day till 12PM everyday. Daily target and manager forced for dump material to achieve target anyhow. And manager also blackmail to the candidates. No one happy with this company even dealer also disappointed with company.

Work timings are flexible at vakola office Yearly increment is good. Covers family in insurance. Head Office and infrastructure is great Work culture totally depends on your boss. Getting promotion as become much easier now due to competition coming in the mkt.

Unnecessary building pressure even in off season Work from home allowed only for Assistant manager and above. Not even Hybrid policy is implemented Expected to work on sick leave & festivals also.
