A good company to work. Compensations and perks are very high. It's not only an organization it's an institutions where you learnt the actual working style. It helped you to grow in your professional life and also made you very professional.

Dislikes

Work life balance is pathetic. There is no role of HR. Managers are the most powerful person in the organization. HR is this organization is only to justify the manager's decision.
