Money at the end of the day is the only motivation to work but my company did not pay me since last three months due to a simple mistake that I missed to fetch my hotel bills on their portal as I was not aware of how to do it as I was new hence training and development in office is very poor

Useless data analysis on excel which is 80% inaccurate. RMs resort more to yelling and threatening than actual planning and tactics. Abysmal coordination among other verticals with different objectives. Heavily relying on inorganic ways to achieve targets.
