Nothing. They are too backward.. no preference given to work timings nor the mental health of an employee. Just by having IIM's and IIT's doesn't make u a successful organization. AP needs to focus on Employee satisfaction than just talk of meagre sales figures

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
