Terrible work culture, forgot your work life balance, just do peak and month end and spoil your life here, Horrible work culture and work pressure. Company is not thinking about employees life , Employee doing peak till 12 mid night, average peak day's in a month about 15-18 days where you need to be there 12 mid night.

Dislikes

Work overload, bizzare work life balance, extra hours of work on every weekend. Management is very poor. Direct hierarchy doesn't hesitate to imply power on every possible occasion. Support from hierarchy is next to zero. Disparity in work where one department works for 8 hours and the same salary is shared with the person who is working for literally 14 hours. Work life balance is not good as working hours are not defined absolutely. 10-12 days in a month, where you work till midnight.

Work timings are flexible at vakola office Yearly increment is good. Covers family in insurance. Head Office and infrastructure is great Work culture totally depends on your boss. Getting promotion as become much easier now due to competition coming in the mkt.

Unnecessary building pressure even in off season Work from home allowed only for Assistant manager and above. Not even Hybrid policy is implemented Expected to work on sick leave & festivals also. Many bosses don't support their team so inspite of working hard u won't get job satisfaction Performance appraisals and Mid review pattern need some structure.
