Offroll to Onroll not provide because Higher Age problem. And Recently my reporting boss not experience as a leading team, but He is my boss. And he also before that posting, he is lower post from me. That is very bad effect my entire Journey. Mainly my Experience Asian paints very bad politics.

Work timings are flexible at vakola office Yearly increment is good. Covers family in insurance. Head Office and infrastructure is great Work culture totally depends on your boss. Getting promotion as become much easier now due to competition coming in the mkt.

Unnecessary building pressure even in off season Work from home allowed only for Assistant manager and above. Not even Hybrid policy is implemented Expected to work on sick leave & festivals also.
