The money provided by the company is good compared to other companies. Micro managing is not there. Good job security and learning opportunities.

Dislikes

The work culture is more towards achieving hoal rather than employee wellbeing. A very hierarchical company where you might feel that you should keep the feedback to yourself. Work life balance not so good. You somehow just have to achieve your targets- long term vision is missing.

Work life balance is not so good. You end up working for 10-11hrs. 6days a week. If incase a weekday is a off then sunday is working to compensate.

Money at the end of the day is the only motivation to work but my company did not pay me since last three months due to a simple mistake that I missed to fetch my hotel bills on their portal as I was not aware of how to do it as I was new hence training and development in office is very poor

Poor decisions in posting without considering the strengths and weaknesses of the managers. Lack of proper go to market strategy in new verticals. Useless data analysis on excel which is 80% inaccurate. RMs resort more to yelling and threatening than actual planning and tactics. Abysmal coordination among other verticals with different objectives. Heavily relying on inorganic ways to achieve targets.
